Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager who is a subject matter expert in Digital and AI to promote the growth and influence of Digital Advisory in the Carcam region (Central America and the Caribbean). This role involves supporting Visa partners in formulating their digital evolution strategy, progressing on their digital roadmap journey, adopting AI and fostering an environment of consistent innovation. To accomplish this, the ideal candidate will lead consultative transformative engagements through the entire cycle, from comprehending the client's digital and AI maturity to delivering digital-native experiences and facilitating the necessary change management for designing and implementing AI solutions.
