• Forecast and plan resource demand across service lines, and technologies. Align workforce strategy with business growth, delivery commitments, and client needs.
• Deployment & Utilization Management Drive efficient allocation of resources to projects based on skills, availability, and business priorities.
• Monitor and improve billable utilization, bench management, and internal mobility.

Stakeholder Collaboration
