[What the role is]

Programmes officers work with Tote Board’s (TB) grant partners to shape, develop, and manage grant programmes that meet community/social needs aligned with TB’s strategic outcomes.

[What you will be working on]

1. Grant Curation

  • Partner with variety of stakeholders (e.g. government, private entities, social service agencies) to understand the sectoral landscape and identify “white spaces” to fund.

  • Curate grant programmes with partners to develop and scope projects that address local needs and are aligned with Tote Board’s funding mandate.

2. Assessment of Grant Proposals

  • Evaluate grant applications submitted on the OurSG Grants Portal (OSG), ensuring alignment to TB vision and strategic outcomes.

  • Prepare evaluation papers to seek approval from the relevant authorities.
