Job Description

A leading manufacturing company in Penang is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Engineer responsible for resolving manufacturing problems, developing new manufacturing processes, and supporting existing ones. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, an electronic/electrical engineering background, and strong troubleshooting skills. You will lead NPI projects and supervise junior engineers while collaborating closely with other teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with additional experience in CAD and GD&T preferred.
