Senior Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex modules and sub-assemblies according to blueprints, drawings and work instructions using assembly tools provided.
• Take a lead role in quality assurance by conducting thorough inspections, ensuring that all assembled modules meet or exceed quality standards and provide feedback to the team.
• Responsible for the maintenance and calibration of assembly tools and equipment, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee and maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes, deviations and improvements.
• Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on product designs, assembly processes and potential areas for improvement.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
