Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Weld Engineer to facilitate the timely resolution of issues arising during the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will analyze current operations to improve productivity and reduce product costs, while also managing corporate design agreement changes.
Responsibilities
+ Facilitate timely resolution of problems and issues that arise during the manufacturing process, including non-conforming material analysis and equipment problems.
+ Analyze and critique current operations to improve productivity and lower product cost, utilizing time studies, workstation and plant layouts, and other resources.
+ Perform corporate design agreement changes, analyze necessary changes, and coordinate material change implementation.
+ Interface with suppliers to resolve industrialization issues.
