Job Description Job Description Description: Primary Location: Quantico, VA Must be a U.S Citizen Security Clearance: Top Secret / SCI Eligible Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Senior Maritime Maneuver Operations Analyst – Exercise Planner to provide expertise to the External Elements (EXELMS) section of MSTP to support USMC MEF/MEB integration with the Navy /Maritime Component to support MEF/MEB-level exercise design, planning, and execution. Tasks include scenario development, travel to exercise lifecycle events, planning practical application mentoring, warfighting seminar product preparation and delivery, operational orders development, higher headquarters replication, and after-action analysis with written product preparation.
