A leading marine operation seeks a Senior Marine Operations and Vessel Readiness Lead to manage vessel operations, ensure safety protocols are met, and coordinate with project managers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vessel readiness for sailing
  • Liaise with project managers
  1. Safeguard crew members' well-being by ensuring the implementation of comprehensive health and safety standards on vessels under their supervision
  2. Foster open communication channels between senior personnel and junior staff to facilitate effective collaboration throughout maritime projects.
  3. Develop strategic plans that integrate projected timelines, resource allocations, budgeting processes. Conduct regular meetings to address pressing matters such as maintenance requirements or unexpected issues affecting operational efficiency.
