What You’ll Do
As a Senior Marketer, you’ll own content creation across formats and distribution across channels to drive growth
Campaigns & Growth
- Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand authority.
- Write as well as partner with the content team to amplify blogs, videos, and webinars through social, email, and paid.
- Run growth experiments (landing pages, lead magnets, retargeting campaigns) and optimize content for conversions.
Events & Webinars
- Own the strategy and execution of illumine webinars and demo days — from promotions to attendee engagement.
- Plan & execute participation in industry expos, conferences, and workshops.
- Repurpose event/webinar content into scalable assets (snippets, reels, carousels, case studies).
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key marketing metrics (MQLs, webinar sign-ups, CTR, CAC).
- Build monthly dashboards for leadership on campaign, community, and social media performance.
- Continuously refine strategy based on data.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
- Strong background in campaigns, demand generation, events and content marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with experience in setting up dashboards & KPIs.
- Excellent project management skills — able to handle multiple campaigns/events.
- A growth-driven mindset: eager to experiment, test, and scale what works.
