What You’ll Do

As a Senior Marketer, you’ll own content creation across formats and distribution across channels to drive growth


Campaigns & Growth

  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and build brand authority.
  • Write as well as partner with the content team to amplify blogs, videos, and webinars through social, email, and paid.
  • Run growth experiments (landing pages, lead magnets, retargeting campaigns) and optimize content for conversions.


Events & Webinars

  • Own the strategy and execution of illumine webinars and demo days — from promotions to attendee engagement.
  • Plan & execute participation in industry expos, conferences, and workshops.
  • Repurpose event/webinar content into scalable assets (snippets, reels, carousels, case studies).


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key marketing metrics (MQLs, webinar sign-ups, CTR, CAC).
  • Build monthly dashboards for leadership on campaign, community, and social media performance.
  • Continuously refine strategy based on data.


What You’ll Bring

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Strong background in campaigns, demand generation, events and content marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in setting up dashboards & KPIs.
  • Excellent project management skills — able to handle multiple campaigns/events.
  • A growth-driven mindset: eager to experiment, test, and scale what works.
