Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their animation requirements, preferences, and objectives.Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discussions with clients to gather detailed information about their animation projects, including scope, timeline, budget, and creative vision.Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on animation best practices, industry trends, and potential solutions to meet their specific needs and goals.Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively showcase our animation services and address the client’s requirements.Communication Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication of project details, updates, and feedback.Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients during the project lifecycle, working collaboratively with internal teams to find appropriate solutions.Client Education: Educate clients about the animation production process, technical requirements, and potential challenges to ensure realistic expectations and smooth project execution.Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from clients at key milestones throughout the project, facilitating discussions to incorporate feedback into ongoing work and improve client satisfaction.Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional animation services or cross-sell related offerings to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and client value.Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth within the animation industry.Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to improve business performance, expand our client base, and increase revenue from animation services.Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote our animation services, generate leads, and increase brand awareness among key target audiences.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including animators, designers, sales, and marketing to align business improvement efforts with organizational goals and objectives. Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in animation marketing, client communication , business development, or related field, with a proven track record of driving business improvement initiatives.Animation Knowledge: Understanding of animation production processes, techniques, and industry standards, with the ability to speak knowledgeably about animation concepts and terminology.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication, project management, and client relationship management.Creativity: Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing strategies to differentiate our animation services in the marketplace.Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across teams.
