Functional Expertise

1. Conceptualise marketing campaigns, engagement plan, and GTMs for products/features

2. Scope out and execute brand partnerships - KOLs, B2B collaboration,s etc.

3. Manage internal stakeholders to align key business priorities and resource bandwidth with the creative director


Problem Solving:

1. Support growth and performance marketing to deliver monthly business numbers

2. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share innovative ideas, clearly and effectively to all team members


Interaction:

1. Take the lead on crafting the brand narrative and ensuring that it is communicated across different teams

2. Cross-functional collaboration for successful implementations and leading marketing initiatives
