Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and own the full-funnel marketing strategy for new initiatives to scale reach and enrollments.
- Build and lead a high-performance team across performance marketing, influencers, content, and offline execution.
- Drive large-scale paid campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) with strong ROI.
- Build brand trust and recall among freshers and their parents across Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
- Lead vernacular marketing initiatives to improve accessibility and conversion.
- Partner with creators, influencers, and career coaches to build credibility and generate high-quality leads.
- Conceptualize and run offline marketing campaignscollege activations, seminars, banners, etc.to penetrate regional markets.
