Job Description

As a Marketing Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as the principal marketing liaison to SEL's Latin America region, working closely with regional leadership to craft marketing messaging and campaigns that drive regional growth.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities by analyzing marketing performance and engagement data.
  • Ideate, launch, and scale regional marketing campaigns, messaging, and activities to support stakeholder objectives.
  • Develop detailed reporting on marketing activities and campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve campaign results.
  • Support the development of localized marketing campaigns for the LATAM region.
  • Lead continuous alignment of the marketing program with corporate, division, department, and regional stakeholder priorities.
