POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Marketing Specialist – Customer Lifecycle Programs will play a key role in executing high-impact campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs that drive growth, engagement, and retention across the customer journey. As a core member of the Customer Marketing team, this role focuses on executing best-in-class growth, onboarding, retention, advocacy, and recognition initiatives that enhance the member experience and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This individual contributor role is ideal for a detail-oriented, execution-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, customer service, and marketing to bring campaigns to life, support lifecycle initiatives, and continuously optimize marketing performance. You'll also help build scalable frameworks, track campaign success, and drive improvements across the team.
