Job Description

The Asset Management Specialist is required for excellent daily operations for Sales Loaner business and Factory Installation Service (FIS) at NI India. Partner with customer operation and sales team, asset management specialist responds to loaner orders’ on time delivering and receiving to ensure our strong support to sales business, efficiently manages NI assets in India loaner pool, meanwhile, the specialist provides high quality delivery of customer-specific FIS orders as well.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

This is a role with mixed responsibilities. 

l loaner orders on time delivering and receiving in APAC or global region:

  • Collaborate with customer operation, sales team and global service support team for order progress.
  • Perform and complete physical and system in a timely manner.
  • 2. Efficiently manage NI assets in India loaner pool.

  • Maintain India loaners assets from time to time.
  • Manage India loaner’s overdue and lost/scrap activities per needs.
  • 3. Handle FIS tasks, include product assembly, testing, and packaging.

    4. Support occasional tasks: eg laptops and software preparation for sales and marketing events; other tasks assigned from line manager.

  • For This Role, You Will Need:
  • College degree or above in science and engineering
  • 5+ years relevant warehouse and admin experience are preferred.
  • Basis understanding of computers and measurement equipment
  • Strong situational judgment and communication skills and multi-task capabilities
     
  • Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Warehouse Experience:
    Experience working in a warehouse, with an understanding of the processes involved in receiving and shipping goods, packaging, and inventory counting, enabling you to quickly adapt to warehouse tasks.
  • Basic Understanding of Computers and Measuring Equipment:
    Proficient in basic computer software operations and familiar with measuring equipment, with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
