The role involves cross-functional collaboration, coordination with external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is proficient in SOLIDWORKS, experienced in developing detailed designs and assemblies, capable of preparing reports for senior management, and committed to continuous learning and innovation. Strong multitasking, technical expertise, and leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
- Develop and review mechanical and electromechanical designs, assemblies, and drawings in SOLIDWORKS.
- Drive concept development, design validation, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to transition designs into production.
