We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design projects for power distribution equipment. This role focuses on developing innovative mechanical solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and manufacturing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical design projects for switchgear, switchboards, and power distribution systems.
  • Develop complex 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
  • Create and maintain mechanical design standards and component libraries.
  • Perform structural analysis, thermal analysis, and mechanical calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with UL standards (UL 891/1558) and NEMA requirements.
  • Design enclosures, sheet metal components, and mechanical assemblies.
