Job Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist special purpose machinery engineering company who are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.

The company design, manufacture and install bespoke machinery and this role will be to design and develop product ranges as well as deliver on specific projects.

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Producing designs of special purpose machinery
  • Delivering designs from concept to detailed drawings for manufacture
  • Liaising with the wider engineering team and production
  • Undertaking surveys with a high level of accuracy
  • Producing 3D CAD drawings

    • The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will need:

  • A mechanical design background
  • Experience of designing machinery
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing technical engineering environment
  • Experience of communicating with customers
