Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Responsible for the mechanical design tasks of any given project and ensure that the delivery of the systems are according to customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare design concepts, proposal writeups, design calculations etc according to customer specifications and requirements & compiling estimated system costs at RFQ stage.
• Lead the qualification of new components/modules/systems from new suppliers.
• Execute design according to customer requirements and complete project tasks within given schedule and budget.
• Review and confirm technical specifications with customer.
• Generate assembly, pneumatic schematic and detail drawings according to Sys-Mac drafting standards.
• Provide BOM, Material Requirement List, drawings and components information for manufacturing and purchase process.
• Print drawings to verify the correctness before manufacturing process.
