Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager and site personnel in planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects
- Designing ACMV systems for new construction and renovation projects
- Overseeing the installation and commissioning of ACMV systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with ACMV systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including relevant authorities, subcontractors, and workers on site ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Assist in the preparation of progress payment claims and variation orders as required
- Analyze, manage, and track project costs against budget
- Staying up-to-date with the latest ACMV technologies and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an ACMV engineer in the building services industry
