About Company:

Our client is a growing EPC/EPCM organization with experience in delivering complex and large-scale industrial projects, with specialization in Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, Sulphuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, NPK, and advanced technologies.


Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to ensure the delivery of high quality engineering outputs for EPC/EPCM projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, overseeing project execution, and collaborating closely with clients, cross-functional departments, and project stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage the Mechanical Engineering department, including Static, Rotary, and Package equipment disciplines.


- Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and mentorship to mid and senior-level engineers.
- Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables in line with project specifications, codes, standards (ASME, API, IS, etc.), and client requirements.


- Review and approve engineering design documents, technical specifications, equipment datasheets, and vendor deliverables.


- Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to ensure project integration and smooth execution.


Required Qualifications and Skills:


- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).


- Minimum 20 years of experience in EPC/EPCM companies with a strong focus on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer projects


- Proficiency in engineering software such as PV Elite, HTRI, Compress, Caesar II, and AutoCAD/3D modeling tools.
