Senior Mechanical Engineer

Marshall Canada requires a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Ottawa, ON to join our growing team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, Mechanical, this role will serve as the engineering liaison between the design team and production, providing on-site technical support to ensure the successful build of the LVM platform.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for resolving build issues, implementing design changes, and ensuring that engineering outputs meet program cost, schedule, and specification targets across both projects and bids.

• Lead and mentor a design team of Systems and Mechanical Engineers, fostering communication among engineering, production, and quality teams for problem investigation and resolution.
