• Lead and manage teams of engineers and technicians to execute facilities operation and maintenance projects effectively
• Apply mechanical engineering expertise to oversee maintenance activities in semiconductor or pharmaceutical plant settings
• Coordinate site operations to ensure continuous and efficient plant performance over seven to ten years of site experience
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies that enhance equipment reliability and operational uptime
