Senior Mechanical Engineer, Team Lead

Overview

BluMetric is looking for a dynamic full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our multi-discipline WaterTech design team at our Carp Office location (hybrid role). The ideal candidate will be leading a team in developing systems in the expanding industry of water and wastewater treatment. This is an existing vacancy within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering Team to work closely with our engineers to optimize designs from a production standpoint.
• Work with Project Managers to allocate resources to support project needs.
• Coordinate Engineering Workflow and Documentation to ensure alignment between engineering disciplines and enforce documentation standards that align with BluMetric Quality Management Systems and ISO .
