We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Senior Mechanical Engineer who will play a key role in our design team, working on the next generation of Alva’s high‑performance electric motors. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who has built a few years of solid experience and is now ready to take the next step – with more ownership, responsibility, and creative freedom. In this role, you’ll take ideas from concept to reality, transforming designs into production‑ready solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible. You’ll work hands‑on with CAD design, detailed drawings, BOM and PLM management, and collaborate closely with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team.
