Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

Full-Time $100,000–$150,000 per year

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex mechanical projects from start to finish. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of mechanical project management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and safely.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Lead mechanical projects involving HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems

• 
  

  Ensure site safety compliance and quality standards

• 
  

  Coordinate with design and engineering teams on drawings and project plans

• 
  

  Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets

• 
  

  Mentor and coach other Project Managers

• 
  

  Develop and maintain client relationships

• 
  

  Communicate with field teams, fabrication shops, Safety, and Service departments

Qualifications

• 
  

  5+ years mechanical project management experience (HVAC, piping, plumbing preferred)

• 
  

  Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent ( preferred)

• 
  

  Strong knowledge of HVAC/piping systems, construction practices, and codes

• 
  

  Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ProCore, BlueBeam, P6, Viewpoint, Autodesk preferred

• 
  

  Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits
