Key Skills Required:

· Proficiency in open-heart procedures, bypass surgeries, and valve replacements

· Experience with minimally invasive thoracic surgeries and lung resections

· Knowledge of cardiopulmonary bypass techniques and post-operative care

· Familiarity with advanced imaging tools (CT, MRI, echocardiography) for surgical planning

· Ability to manage pre-operative assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-surgical recovery

· Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including anaesthesiologists, pulmonologists, and critical care specialists
