Senior Mendix Business Analyst

Description

1. End-to-End Application Lifecycle Management:

Assume full ownership of assigned Mendix applications, from initial business requirements analysis and solution design through development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Proactively monitor application health, perform troubleshooting, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement performance optimizations.

Provide expert third-level support for complex issues, acting as the final point of escalation.

2. Quality Assurance & Documentation Excellence:

Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Create and meticulously maintain all technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and detailed user manuals.
