Dolly J — one of India’s leading couture houses known for blending heritage craftsmanship with contemporary refinement — is looking for a Senior Menswear Designer to lead the creative direction for the launch of Dolly J Man .
This is a leadership role for a visionary designer who can balance craft and concept , creating menswear couture that’s modern, Indian, and globally resonant.
What You’ll Do Lead the creation of high-end ethnic and Indo-western menswear collections .
Translate creative vision into detailed sketches and couture prototypes.
Collaborate with atelier teams to ensure impeccable execution.
Mentor and inspire junior designers.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience in luxury / couture menswear (6-8 + years preferred).
Strong technical understanding of fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction.
