Senior MEP Project Manager Opportunity – Tier 1 Main Contractor – Heritage Project
MK Search are working with a leading Tier 1 UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to join the team on a prestigious Grade I listed development in Central Manchester.
This is a rare opportunity to take a senior leadership role on one of the region’s most technically complex schemes, with circa £80m of MEP services being delivered over the next 24 months. The project combines heritage restoration with modern building services, demanding strong technical expertise, coordination, and stakeholder management.
The Role
As Senior MEP Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of MEP services from pre-construction through to final handover. You will work closely with commercial, design, and construction teams to ensure the successful delivery of this high-profile project.
