About the Role
In this role, you will lead sales and create an inspiring shopping experience by designing visually exciting product presentations that align with merchant and brand strategies across all stages of the planning and creative development process.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead and influence the merchandise assortment on fixtures while considering fixture capacity, number of styles and customer choices, inventory levels, merchandise sell-through and key sales drivers
+ Create product presentation solutions to maximize sales and create a strong merchandise statement on the floor
+ Partner with Merchandising on the execution of customer-driven store experience strategies
+ Leverage key business metrics in the development of merchandise designs
+ Articulate tradeoffs and generate solution recommendations to key partners
