(Senior) Merchandiser

Position

This position is to develop the merchandising strategy for Women’s Small Leathergoods by setting up the buying & allocation, identifying opportunities in collaboration with global teams and also support the Leathergoods manager with in-season management.

Job responsibilities

Buying

  • Prepare Seasonal Buy through sales analysis, product strategy development, and product opportunities identification by collaborating with Leathergoods Manager

  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to make key decisions on OTB budget and deliver the strategic decision in line with brand guidelines

  • Manage seasonal buy process and coordinate closely with sales planning team regarding forecasts

  • Develop balanced product assortment strategy to achieve targeted sales projection and sell through
