Job Summary:
- Responsible for business development, and the direction and coordination of all merchandising activities for assigned product lines and customers from product design through product delivery to customers to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in fashion merchandising, retail management, textiles, or marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in all-rounded merchandising experience and at least 5 years in the same role in the sourcing industry.
- Must have a strong knowledge of Home Hardline and Home Softline products, including an understanding of manufacturing processes, product standards, and testing requirements.
- Solid experience or a proven track record of developing mid-level and high-level contact is an advantage.
