Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad for an Assistant Merchant. The individual will assist in merchandising operations, including customer coordination, managing inventory levels, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring timely production. The role involves regular collaboration with customers, monitoring market trends, evaluating new product opportunities, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams. Additional responsibilities include generating reports, maintaining product data, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless processes.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Coordination, Inventory Management, and Merchandising
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Sales Data Analysis
  • Proficient in Communication Skills and Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
  • Experience in the retail or importing/exporting industry is a plus
