Senior MICE Business Development Manager – India (Remote)
We are a full-service travel agency specializing in MICE and Leisure (Incoming & Outgoing) travel. To support our expansion in India, we are seeking a highly experienced MICE professional to join our team.
Role Overview
Location: Remote (Delhi or Mumbai based)
Employment: Full-time
Compensation: Salary + performance-based commission
Structure: Individual contributor role (initially working independently)
Key Responsibilities
Develop MICE business with a focus on groups of 40+ participants
Manage and grow a strong, existing MICE portfolio
Work actively with MICE agencies and corporate clients with high group potential
Independently handle:
Marketing & business development
Client presentations and negotiations
Quotations and proposal submissions
