Senior Microbiologist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on water, food, environmental samples to detect harmful microorganisms and to obtain information about sources of pollution and contamination.
• Examine physiological, morphological and cultural characteristics of microorganisms using microscopes and other laboratory equipment.
• Perform microbial identification and classification for food and water specimens.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ISO17025 standards.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory results and prepare technical reports.
• Liaise with clients and perform site sampling

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum Degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in laboratory.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
