Description: Looking for a Senior Windows OS Engineer for our customer's Endpoint Technology Engineering Systems Platform Configuration team to improve digital user experience and assist in troubleshooting IT Service Desk call drivers.

The selected candidate will help to research, diagnose and develop remediations to improve performance, as well as determine any common call drivers to the service desk to reduce calls and wait time in line.

The primary responsibility of this individual will be to provide support for all Windows related issues, primarily researching endpoint analytics and investigating items that impact Windows performance and end user experience.

Helpful to have prior SME experience at Microsoft.
