Job Description

Provide operations support, implementation, support and communications for Middleware infrastructure.

  • Install, configure and upgrade middleware.
  • Middleware administration for service request, change and reconfiguration.
  • Involve in incident management with immediate troubleshooting, action and resolution.
  • Plan, broadcast and apply middleware security patch and hardening.
  • Attend to audits and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Participate in data center shutdown and business disaster recovery activity.
  • Maintain middleware inventory and keep track on the updated and outdated middleware (including runtime) versions.
  • Improvise the existing middleware team process and procedures.
  • Join in various meetings that requires the middleware team involvement.
  • Assess on new middleware that will be on boarded into the team support.
  • Guide and provide Level 1/2 middleware support.
