Job Description
Provide operations support, implementation, support and communications for Middleware infrastructure.
- Install, configure and upgrade middleware.
- Middleware administration for service request, change and reconfiguration.
- Involve in incident management with immediate troubleshooting, action and resolution.
- Plan, broadcast and apply middleware security patch and hardening.
- Attend to audits and regulatory compliance matters.
- Participate in data center shutdown and business disaster recovery activity.
- Maintain middleware inventory and keep track on the updated and outdated middleware (including runtime) versions.
- Improvise the existing middleware team process and procedures.
- Join in various meetings that requires the middleware team involvement.
- Assess on new middleware that will be on boarded into the team support.
- Guide and provide Level 1/2 middleware support.
