Senior Mining Engineer

Job Description

Reporting to the Group Manager of Mining you will provide support to the mining operation and technical services departments at our existing and developing projects, through overseeing project implementation, employing industry best practices and developing onsite operational and engineering employees, while ensuring safety, health, and environmental standards are met and maintained.

5 Days on and 2 Days off Monday to Friday at our Milton office with travel to Australasia site as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to and enhancement of safety standards to meet or exceed statutory requirements, ensuring all work aligns with the safety management plan.
• Participate in the implementation of the strategies, standards, and procedures in accordance with the strategic business plan.
