Senior ML Engineer

The Role:

Mandatory Skills (must-have):

• Expertise in ML & AI (classical ML, deep learning, generative AI, agentic AI)
• Strong Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow, Kubeflow
• LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP integration
• AI agent architectures, conversational AI, chatbots, voice AI
• OCR, computer vision, document intelligence, automated validation workflows
• Deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformers, GANs)
• Production-grade ML deployment experience (cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional global teams

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of A/B testing, causal inference, experimental design
• Backend exposure (Flask, Gunicorn, API development)
• Workflow automation & system integration experience
• Multi-agent system design & autonomous decision-making frameworks
