Senior Mobile Developer (iOS/Android Native) LATAM | Remote

We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with deep experience building native iOS and Android applications from the ground up. You’ll own the entire mobile development lifecycle — from system architecture and code implementation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization. In this role, you’ll help shape the mobile experience for recruiters and candidates, delivering fast, intuitive, and reliable apps that power modern hiring workflows.

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Java) applications.
• Build clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases aligned with mobile engineering best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, authentication flows, third-party SDKs, and push notification services.
