**Job Description:**
As a Senior Specialist, Network Technology Support / Mobility Ethernet Reliability – Tier 2 Technician, you play a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting the RAN Transport network that supports AT&T’s wireless infrastructure, including 4G and 5G services.
**What you’ll do (support and use)**
**Network maintenance & repair**
+ Support transport/network elements and site equipment such as MSNs, SIADs, DaFi, Small Cells, microwave systems, and NTEs.
**Remote troubleshooting & restoration**
+ Diagnose and resolve network incidents remotely by connection to live devices in the network in CLI and GUI and by using internal tooling, trouble tickets, calls, and email.
+ Perform detailed technical analysis, determine root cause where possible, and define/drive next steps to restore service.
**Collaboration & coordination**
