We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Mortgage Broker Support Officer based in the Philippines to work closely with our broker and provide end‑to‑end loan processing and credit support. You’ll be deeply involved in the structuring and packaging of loan applications, including research, servicing, compliance, and tracking across all types of lending.

You’ll attend client meetings via video (for internal follow‑up), maintain CRM accuracy, and ensure every file meets our high standard before submission. You will not be client‑facing, but you will be instrumental to the client experience. This is a long‑term opportunity with the potential to step into a leadership role , supporting and mentoring junior virtual assistants as the team expands.
