Who We’re Hiring

BLVT Network Private Limited is hiring a Senior Motion Designer who can own performance creatives end-to-end.

This is a lead-level execution role for someone who has:

• Worked in fast-paced agencies

• Handled multiple e-commerce brands

• Built ad creatives that scaled spend & revenue

You should be confident handling ALL THREE:

✅ Motion Graphics

✅ Video Editing

✅ Graphic Design

What You’ll Own

• Lead performance ad creatives for Meta & YouTube

• Build high-volume ad variations (hooks, formats, angles)

• Translate strategy → creatives that actually convert

• Work directly with media buyers & founders

• Iterate aggressively based on performance data

• Set quality benchmarks for ad creatives

This is not a pixel-perfect branding role.

This is speed + iteration + results.

Experience Required (STRICT)

✔ 4+ years professional experience

✔ 2+ years in a digital / performance marketing agency

✔ Hands-on experience with scaled paid ads

✔ Strong understanding of Meta & YouTube ad psychology

✔ Comfortable owning output without hand-holding

Tools You MUST Be Strong In

• After Effects (non-negotiable)

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

• Photoshop

• Illustrator / CorelDRAW

Portfolio (MANDATORY)

✔ Portfolio / Drive link with real paid ad creatives

✔ Must show performance-style ads, not mock designs

✔ E-commerce / DTC ads preferred

Compensation

💰 ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 / month

• Based on skill, experience & quality of portfolio

• No fixed slabs — pay is impact-driven
