Senior Motor Analysis Engineer (MCSA Specialist)

The Mission

We are an Industrial AI startup already monitoring thousands of machines using Vibration Analysis. We are now adding Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) to our platform. We have the ML team, the Cloud team, and the customers. We need You to provide the Physics.

What You Will Do

You will act as the Subject Matter Expert to guide our Data Science team. You will not be asked to write production code or design PCBs. Your job is to translate Motor Physics into Math for our AI.

• Feature Definition: Define the exact spectral features (Sidebands, Pole Pass Frequency, THD) our ML model needs to extract to detect:
• Rotor Bar Cracks
• Eccentricity (Air Gap issues)
• The VFD Challenge: Help us design the digital filtering logic to separate VFD switching noise (PWM) from the actual fault signals.
