Senior MuleSoft Developer (Mexico – Spanish Required)

Mexico (Remote or Hybrid, within Mexico)

We are seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform . The ideal candidate will be based in Mexico , fluent in Spanish , and comfortable working with cross‑functional and global teams. This role requires strong technical expertise in API‑led connectivity, integration architecture, and cloud‑based systems.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Lead API‑led connectivity initiatives (System, Process, and Experience APIs)
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs
• Integrate enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, databases, and on‑prem/cloud applications
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment following best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior MuleSoft developers
• Participate in architectural discussions and solution design decisions
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Communicate effectively with Spanish‑speaking and English‑speaking stakeholders

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• Strong expertise in:
  
  • Mule 4, DataWeave
  • API design (REST, RAML)
  • API‑led connectivity
• Experience with:
  
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)
  • Message queues and event‑driven architectures
• Solid understanding of security concepts (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL, API policies)
• Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise systems
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Working proficiency in English

• MuleSoft Certification(s) (Developer, Integration Architect, or Platform Architect)
• Experience in microservices architecture
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or containerization tools
• Prior experience working with global or nearshore teams
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Good to have Python skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Mentorship mindset and team leadership capabilities
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and performance
• Comfortable working across time zones
