Role Responsibilities:

• Lead development activities and act as a Business Analyst across Front Office, Back Office, Finance, and Collateral functions within treasury platforms.
• Participate in end-to-end project cycles from solution design and build to validation and production implementation.
• Collaborate closely with business users and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Leverage domain expertise to provide well-structured, practical solutions.
• Serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 7+ years in trading application environments.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the Murex MX.3 platform.
• Strong understanding of at least two asset classes such as FX, FX Derivatives, IRD, or Equity Derivatives.
• Deep business knowledge across trade capture, processing, settlements, accounting, P&L reporting, and trade life cycle management.
• Technical proficiency in Unix, Sybase, Java, and web technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
