Job Description

The Senior National Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans within the grocery channel to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive new business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver JBP, range reviews and proposals to key accounts.
  • Provide regular reporting on account performance and sales activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior National Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry dealing with Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Costco and IGA
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with market trends and industry developments.
