Job Description Summary

This role provides IT Production Support for Claims applications and its .NET components. The engineer will work as part of the Tier 2, Level 2 and Level 3 support team, handling incidents, problem management, and service requests through ticketing systems. The role requires strong technical skills, including the ability to review .NET code, analyze issues, and determine the root cause. Will review code but will not make changes to the code.
