Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and administer Netezza appliances in enterprise environments.
Perform monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and troubleshooting of Netezza systems.
Manage user access, roles, and security policies.
Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery of Netezza databases.
Conduct patching, upgrades, and maintenance with minimal downtime.
Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
Support incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and application teams to support business needs.
